Like a familly doctor they know your electronics (repair) history and remember you! Other large repair companies (the chain stores and other shops) are too big/busy and do not provide the personal care/concern for your needs like this company does. Unless they(the large chain stores) pull you up on a computer, they don't know you from Adam..... Most companies just see you as a number (a cash number that is). The personal care and repairs that are given here are top notch and makes coming back a good experience. Problems & warranties are handled and not "ignored" or given the run around like w/other companies I have dealt with.
Pros: Availability 24/7 by phone for emergencies
