Meet your freinds there for dinner, or make new friends at the bar. Great and interesting food selections. Bar service is delightful, and the scenery can be excellent.

Cons: Parking Downtown can be tough

Havana Norfolk is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The place has the feel of a trendy lounge with dark lighting, exposed brick walls, wait staff dressed in black, etc. But this place is more than a trend. Reservations are recommended...it can get packed on the weekends. But the food is well worth the wait - the ingredients are fresh and prepared to perfection. Grab a signature mojito at the bar and an order of the fantastic chicken nachos while you're waiting. And try one of the daily specials - always a great choice.

Showed up at 7:15PM for a 8PM reservation, but didn't get seated until 8:50PM! And some people sat at the table we requested (upstairs) without having a reservation, but no one could tell them to move. Spent the dinner trying to avoid people bumping into our chairs. Food was plentiful and delicious but arrived cold, prices were good, wait staff was attentive. The left overs the next night were our favorite part.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lots of food for $, Bartenders
Cons: Crowded, Not seated for a whil

This was one incredible meal. The atmosphere is warming and comfortable. The young staff delightful. Try a little bit of everything!
