got my car towed to "standard engine"(due to transmission fluid leak). when i called them 3 days later they said "your car is on the lift right now".4 days later..i went to "standard engine"andfirst noticed that my car had not been moved (same spot my tow truck driver left it)...second, nothing (from what i saw)had been touched under the hood...... anywayz i then talked "the boss"and he told me that my transmission was shot..i burnt up 3 gears and that hes lookin for a used tranny$750.00)..new-($1100.00) I then got a second opinion So,i got my car towed to Aamco transmissions (military hwy) and to my suprise a very nice man told me that my cars axle/axle bearing/seal had pulled from the tranny(leaking fluid) NOT A SHOT TRANSMISSION!! my cost now....$350.00 now im just a young guy with a kid and i werk too hard....im just tryin to help.. cuz i dont have $1100.00 extra dollars to throw around ...and my guess is neither do you..so tell everyone you know and repost this because, we all need a lil heads up sometimes.. i highy recommend_Aamco transmissions N.military hwy. Cons: he's the one with the lisssssp, who will screw you over
