old equipment, trainers with no clue

This place is the biggest ripoff ever. Don't join!!!! The staff is only friendly while selling you the "package" and then they are really fake. With the exception of two of the trainers, there is about zero real knowledge of fitness in general. The cardio equipment is really outdated and there are no plans to update them. Don't join!!!!!!!!!!!
