I have been a patient of Dr.Pamela Gray's for over 20 years. I would be in a wheel chair by now if it had not been for her. She has always given me options of treatments and information to read and allowed me to decide with her advice my treatment. I have trusted her advice in referrals to other physicians and treatments. She has always had time to discuss with me my condition.and is the most casring physician I have ever visited. She is my physician and friend.

Pros: Has always been there for me. Has taken my concerns and had the time to discuss them with me.

In the 20 or so years that I have been a patient of hers I have always found Dr. Pamela Gray to be very professional, careing, and most of all extreamly helpful getting the care and meds that I need for my condition. She has always taken the time necessary to fully examine me, fully answer any and all of my questions, and has been most helpful in my battles with my insurance company to get proper care and medication. I have never felt rushed and in fact she goes out of her way to explain to me any recent developments and treatments for my condition. I always leave her office feeling more encouraged and hopeful than when I arrived. I can not imagine her ever being rude or unprofessional.

I went to Dr. Gray and was very disappointed in her abrupt tone, lack of listening and dismissive attitude. I went to her for help and could not get my questions answered. She came across very critical and opposite of what I have read about when a patient should look for when choosing a physician. I would never recommend her to anyone. It was a frustrating appointment to say the least.

From my first visit some 10 years ago to the present I find Dr Gray professional.caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She is tough when needed but feel my well being is always her best interest. She commuicates well with me and my many specialists. She always me treats with respect not as the village as some doctors do. I always feel free to ask questions and always receive a credible answer. I highly recommend her. if you don't want to hear the truth find another MD. NEVER do I feel rushed. She always explains why she wants me do something and listens to what I have to say. I give her 10 stars

I found Dr. Gray to be abrupt almost to the point of being rude. She was not attentive or a good listener. I gave her asecond chance thinking that perhaps she was just having a bad day. Not so, it was just as bad the second time around.

From my experience at my 1st appointment, I do not recommend this doctor. Surprisingly, It was not at all what I expected in my efforts in seeking assistance. I can easily believe the earlier negative posting here. After the appointment, I went home and thought about the possibility of repeating the same experience with my follow-up appointment. I was bothered by a number of things, but particularly by the references made to me about her time, and what my insurance would pay for prompting me to cancel the appointment without hesitation. My spouse who has worked with, and for doctors for 20+ years completetly agreed.

I find Dr Gray very caring and compassionate and extremely knowleable. She is usually prompt and ontime.I never feel rushed no matter how busy. Staff is friendly and office appears to be efficient.

i would not reccomend this doctor, especially if you need to find out whats wrong with your health. i went to dr gray and she assured me she would find out what was wrong. she ran some simple bl00d tests and said she couldn't find anything. if you've done any research you know that a lot of diseases don't show on the simple bl00d tests. while she is telling me she can't find anything with the bl00d tests, she proceeds to tell me that it is basically all in my head. she says that i need therapy for depression. when i get up to to leave i realize she had her door open the whole time to her staff and anyone walking by so she is not respectful of your privacy. meanwhile i have had to go to the emergency room for extremly low bl00d pressure. the joints on my fingers have become deformed. she should go back to medical school and learn that a bl00d test is a small part of a diagnosis.
