Dr. Onales is another physican at NowCare and she is a wonderful doctor. Dr. Onales is my 15 yr-old daughter's doctor and she is always pleasant and down to earth. Recently when my doctor broke her ankle, Dr. Onales made sure that the my insurance company approved the ortho consult in a timely manner. It took some time to do but she called me several times after we left to keep me updated on the status of things. And when my daughter was out of school longer than anticipated, she wrote another school note, without my asking, to extend the authorized period that she was out of school. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Onales, Dr. Washington, and their staff. The office is nicely appointed and very spacious. If you are looking for a private practice, definitely consider NowCare Medical Associates. You won't be sorry!

Dr.Jones-Washington is one of the best physicans I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only is she an excellent doctor but she cares about her patients. She will take her time to speak with you and listen to all that is going on,and then she will take her time to examine and explain anything you may not quite understand. If you have test results that you can not quite make heads or tales of you can call her,and although you may not speak with her right at the time of your call SHE will call you back and spend as much time as she needs to so you understand it all. I came across Dr.Jones-Washington because my mother works next door at the Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine clinic and recommended her because of her strong relationship with her patients. I have reffered many friends and relatives to her because of her caring and kind attitude towards everyone she meets....I will continue to see her as long as she is in practice no matter what my insurance may say!
