This company is a scam and a rip off. All they offer is poor service and a list of homes in dangerous crackhead neighborhoods. They don't care about the customer, all they care about is taking your money and leaving you hanging. Avoid this company, you can get better help for free at a library

I found Global One on Craigslist... they advertised a ton of SUPER cheap apartments and said to call this number and a rental agency fee would apply. I figured the fee wasn't TOO bad, since they guarantee an apartment. Too bad those super cheap apartments don't exist. Even over the phone, the guy read me off all these apartments that sounded great but just gave me a list without nearly the same detail when I came in. ALL YOU GET FROM THEM IS A LIST OF APARTMENTS. They aren't clear about that, but that's what you are paying for. Upon looking at the list, I found that I'd seen almost all the apartments in the area I was looking. One had flat-out told me they had NO availability... yet, three weeks later, are STILL on the list. Another is being torn down in February, but no mention of that. Others had incorrect rent prices (saying an apartment is $850 when in reality THE MANAGER told me it starts at $900+), HORRIBLE reviews online (which I know might not be 100% accurate, but), etc. I told them specific areas I wanted, but they gave me a list of everywhere... even some as far as Eastern Washington. When I told them about all the inaccuracy, I was told that I still have to come in twice a week before I can get a refund.... even though their services were useless to me. I understand this is just how they make their money. Fine, whatever. But generally, unless you are really lazy or otherwise unable to apartment hunt on your own (and no matter what, you have to go view them yourself anyway), it's not worth it. There doesn't seem to be anything on that list that I couldn't or didn't find advertised online.
