I was informed by the doctor that the colonoscopy would not be painful. If the procedure is done correctly, it should not be painful...... When my colonoscopy was performed, i cried out in pain several times and was simply told by the doctor and the nurse, 'don't do that'. Absolutely no concern for my pain or discomfort.
