I go to one of the stylists at the Salon at Spa Phoenix for my hair cuts. I really like how she cuts my hair. I like that the salon isn't too girly. The staff seem really to like working there, and to like each other. You think that kind of thing doesn't matter until someone cuts your hair who isn't happy where they work (which happened to me with the stylist I USED to go to). The energy is just right. I've given spa gift certificates to family and friends for massage, pedicures, facials and product. What a lifesaver. Every spa gift recipient has reported back to me that they have enjoyed their treatments and spa services. That makes me feel good. By the way, the gift certificates are placed with a menu of services inside a gift box that's tied with a bow. It's ready for giving, and that saved me time on a few occasions. Changing facilities are clean and bright. The waiting spaces are comfortable. They've offered me a beer, coffee, glass of wine... even though I didn't want a beer, I thought it was cool that they would offer. There's plenty of parking, and again, the staff is exceptional, including the front desk people who welcome you and schedule appointments.
Pros: Totally positive about Spa Phoenix and the Salon. Never a bad experience.

I have my hair done by Destini. She always takes time to specialize my color to fit me and it always turns out beautifully. I also have had a pedicure by Debbi and she is an expert. It's always relaxing and I love it!
