I was reviewing the Norfolk City Guide for romantic restaurants and noticed that Hooters was listed as one the winner for a romantic restaurant. I might be crazy, but who in the world would want to go to Hooters for a romantic dinner??!?!? I can understand if a bunch of hormone driven men wanted to go there but I would not classify it as BOC romantic restaurant. Please!! Let's get real here.
