Frankie's was an ok dining experience. I wasn't dissapointed but I wasn't thrilled. If you want to go to a nice comfortable resturaunt that is low key and easy to get into this is your place.
Pros: The food was pretty good
Cons: I didn't feel like I was in an extreemly clean environment

Frankie's never fails to deliver the most delicious, tender, falling-off-the-bone ribs in VA Beach or anywhere else. And their Cornbread! Like Chris Rock says, Ain't nothin' wrong with that.
Pros: Great Early Bird Menu, Free Parking
