I purchased a snow cone machine and several other items from Standard Concession Supply on June 16, 2008. Several of the items were never delivered by UPS. When I contacted the company I explained that some of my items were missing as well as damaged. I was assured that the missing and damaged items would be re-ship and today is July 15, 2008 and I have yet to receive these items. This company is not value there customers and is in need of several new customer service reps. I called the company back and was given the same tired excuse, which is " my products have been shiped out ". I can't even get them to give me a tracking number for my items, let alone honor there customer service commitment. Stay far away from this company. Dont say I didn't warn you....
Pros: None.- There manipulative and very misleading

We bought a Retro popcorn machine (over 100.00)from this company on Dec.14 2007. It arrived shattered on one side (boxes in perfect cond.). We called the owner Mark, he said he would get a return auth. and call us with it and have UPS pick it up. After e-mails and phone calls and Tons of excuses,he still will not take this thing back and refund our money. He will not return e-mails or phone calls. It is now March 10th 2008. Wish we would have had some reviews.. wouldn't have ordered from this company. Consider yourself warned about this company. We have been MORE than patient and he is great at avoiding you. BE WARNED.
