Mrs B baked my wedding cake, and it was PHENOMENAL! There was none left, and although I only got a taste, everyone RAVED about it's greatness. Her examples are a tad dated, but if you take in pictures, she will replicate! She has a hard time sticking to simplicity, but this is due to her drive to decorate the cake! I wanted a cake that had a smooth finish (like fondant) with no piping or flair and it to be decorated with rose petals upon arrival. Since she felt it was to plain, she added piping and swirls of icing. Not what I asked for, but still looked great! Just be firm and have pictures ready!

The cheesecake by Mrs.B is unbelievable!! Ten times better than cheesecake factory! I had it for my wedding and everyone raved about how wonderful it was! I highly recommend getting cheesecake for any party from Mrs. B! Best Cheesecake in town!! <--- anyone whos had her cheesecake can tell you the same! The only set back is that the cakes dont look like The Knot cakes, or Martha Stewart cakes, she doesnt work with fondant, and she does a lot of work with towers and the older roses, some of the cake designs that are from the 80's and 90's, but if you pick out something and show her, she can do some sort of design on the side. But, she still has the best cheesecake in town, so I thought that taste was better than design.
Pros: Tastes really good!
Cons: Designs arent the prettiest!
