Always seated promptly, chips fresh on the table a few short moments later with their delicious finely pureed salsa (not too watery either!) AND the White Sauce!! They have the very best white sauce, better than plaza azteca/guadalajara/la fiesta. The menu is nice, even has vegetarian entrees/lunch. It is clean inside, the music is mexican and it makes it feel festiv, along with all the great improvements they have made interior-wise. Brand New beautiful bar and woodwork! the servers are friendly and very fast -- food takes no longer than 10min at its busiest for 2 people. splitting checks is never a problem, you do it at the front And... they have a smoking section completely separated from the nonsmoking! there is no place better!

We have been going to Rancho Grande for years now. They are about the only mexican place in town that offers a mild salsa. They also have the best refried beans ever! The service is fast and the atmosphere is very friendly. They get a 10 out of 1-10! It is our "ole standby" restaurant.
