The only thing that I wish they had more of is TVs...other than that, this is a great fitness center. All types of classes and extra activities, and probably the best personal trainer in Hampton Roads. I joined after reading a great article in the Pilot last year - I thought that the article had to be exaggerated and I had to find out. I got a two-week pass to try it out, but ended up joining the first week. I really do love this place.
Pros: very friendly and welcoming environment
Cons: not enough TVs

This is under new ownership (since Sept 06) and is called Fine Lines Fitness Center. It's owned by Tammy Harper, who is without a doubt one of the best fitness experts in the entire Hampton Roads area. I love this fitness center. Tammy had quite a job ahead of her when she bought the gym because it had been neglected for several years, but as I said of Tammy being one of the best in Hampton Roads, this gym is one of the best.
Pros: Comfortable atmosphere, Very Personable Owner, Perfect Place to get fit in middle age
Cons: can't think of any
